Scarlet, The VW Camper

Well, Ebay can be a very dangerous creature..........

Had fancied a VW camper for years and years, but never had the funds to purchase one (especially with a wife a 2 kids to help me spend my money!!)
In 2005, sold my house and moved closer to work, which released some cash with plans of using it for various things, such as a once in a lifetime holiday!!!. Well, after wearing the wife down, managed to convince her that a VW Campervan would be money well spent - can be used by all the family, plus will surely increase in value over the years.....

So, cash burning a hole in my pocket and Ebay running on my laptop, let the battle commence.
Saw quite a few bays over the next months or so until one day, up pops Scarlet (my kids christened the bus) on my screen with all the boxs ticked (functioning interior, MOT - 9 months left! - resent respray and bodywork carried out etc) so off we went to have a look.
